An example is a Reddit post that directly suggests the existence of a beta that some have been given access to. There has been some debate as to whether such information is consistent with agreements previously signed by players. Blizzard itself has determined that the test will be confidential, i.e. players will not be able to talk publicly about the game or share their experiences.
And it’s hard to talk about protecting Diablo 4 from leaks , but even if the general information about the existence of the beta does not break the contract, it certainly does to make the gameplay available on the Internet. Unfortunately, we have to follow the rules, so direct links to materials will not be found here, but the curious should not have problems with Google what interests them.

While the pre-release beta is undoubtedly an interesting treat for fans, of course everyone is still eagerly awaiting the end product. Blizzard claims that the goal of the beta is to learn more about the perception and expectations of players, which will translate into the final game. Thus, this version is supposed to be free from key spoilers. Considering the rather inevitable leaks it was a wise decision.
The full story of Lilith’s return to Sanctuary is not something we’d like to reveal before the release – players will experience the post-campaign Sanctuary during the Closed Endgame Beta. Plus, for many, the endgame is their favorite aspect of Diablo – we want the game to be rewarding and not run out of a variety of challenges during many, many demon slaying sessions.
Blizzard still doesn’t release an open beta release date. Anyway, Diablo 4 itself does not have one in the final version. It remains to be patient and wait for more news.
