“The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It” – The scene after the end credits has been removed from the movie

Michael Chaves, director of the latest installment of The Conjuring , revealed that the post-credits scene was removed from the film. Its appearance could initiate a new production from the universe.

Chaves shared this information with fans in one of the latest interviews he gave. The reason for such a decision would be to create a more “final” ending to the trilogy about the activities of natural scientists Ed and Lorraine Warren. As the director said:

We actually had a post-credits scene. The details will remain a mystery as the scene can still return to the universe in a different form. We were proud of the ending and felt that it was somehow final. This does not mean that the door to many other Warren affairs and adventures will not remain open. There was just something about it that I felt like I had finished this trilogy, nice and solid.

The Latest Conjuring  tells the story of the chilling story that begins with the warren’s struggle for the soul of a young boy. However, the situation will develop more than an experienced couple of researchers might expect. They will become participants in the process in which the suspect justified the murder on the whispers of evil spirits.

The plot of the latest part of the series was inspired by the case of Arne Cheyenne Johnson. This was the first murder suspect in the history of the United States to claim he had committed the act out of demonic possession.

Chaves, when asked if the deleted scene would initiate the fourth installment of the series, replied rather cryptically:

What she announced were definitely a few opponents and a few ideas associated with them. Basically, it gave an insight into how we could develop it.

On the other hand, the director is happy with the decision he has made, because otherwise he would feel obliged to pull the story by force, which could adversely affect the entire series.

In the upcoming The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It we’ll see Vera Farmiga and Patrick Wilson again playing Lorraine and Ed Warren. Sarah Catherine Hook, Ruairi O’Connor and Julian Hilliard will also appear in the film. A significant difference from the previous two parts is the change of the director of the title: James Wan was replaced by Michael Chaves.

The world premiere, The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It, was announced on June 4 this year, and in Poland on June 11. If you want to stay up to date with reports about The Conjuring , check out our previous entries about it here .
