The character hated by the players will return to “LoL”

As part of the update, two new dragons were added to the game: Hextech and Chemtech. While the former has settled in the game without any problems and did not disturb its balance, the latter turned out to be too strong an opponent. So much so that Riot decided to get rid of him. Today news has come that the studio plans to restore the dragon in the near future.

The return of the Chemtech Dragon is expected during pre-season 2023 . This may sound disturbing to say the least, while Riot ensures that he has completely rebuilt the creature, as well as the buffs and soul abilities it gives. Moreover, the Chemtech Dragon’s influence on the Rift will look completely different than before. Instead of camouflaging specific fragments of space on the map, the dragon will enhance the effects of Blast Cones, Honey Fruita and Scrye’rs Bloom (map elements that act as “enhancers”).

The skill given by the dragon soul will also change. Players will now receive a damage boost when their health drops below a certain level. This should give a lot of dynamism to team fights, but it also won’t be too much of a bonus – unlike the old version of the soul. Last time we ran into something like Sion’s passive ability where Champions could briefly respawn after death, which proved to be too much of an advantage.
