Recently, photos and a recording from the set of "The Batman" showing a stuntman in a costume of the main character on a motorcycle have leaked to the network. Now the director of the picture - Matt Reeves - has decided to present the new Batmobile via Twitter. The shared photos show not only the car.
What is most striking in the new version of Batman’s vehicle is… normality. Well, unlike what Ben Affleck and Christian Bale, and even actors from the nineties movies, did, the upcoming version of the Batmobile looks like something that could actually run on the roads. At first glance, it is an American muscle car with extra armor and a powerful engine with an afterburner.
Matt Reeves decided not to add any specific description to the photos. Typically, in the post, he added only two emoticons (a bat and a car) and #TheBatman.
Although the main character of the director’s twitts was of course a car, we also have the opportunity to see Robert Pattinson in a full costume. Earlier, you could see the outfit on a test recording and the above-mentioned materials from behind the scenes. Now, however, we finally see the performer of the main role in all its glory.
The Batman will hit theaters in June 2021.
