Although the first Avatar was released over a decade ago, fans of the movie are still following all the news related to the production. This is the news of the Instagram post that shows the concept art of Metkayina village. Jonathan Bach is responsible for its creation.
The depicted settlement is to be one of the coastal places that will appear in the next installments of the cycle.
In addition to the upcoming sequel, three more parts of the series have been announced. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, their premieres have been postponed ( Avatar 2 is to be released in theaters in December 2022).
