Another popular manga and anime series will soon get an acting version. The names of the lead actors have been revealed, including stars of “Game of Thrones” and “X-Men” movies. The production also features a strong Polish accent in the person of the director.
The Hollywood Reporter was the first to inform about the cast of the Knights of the Zodiac . In the upcoming film we will see Sean Bean, Famke Janssen, Mackenyu (who will play the main character Seiya), Madison Iseman, Nick Stahl, Diego Tinoco and Mark Dacascos. What’s more, the photos are said to be about to be finished, which may mean a fairly close premiere.
The film is directed by Tomasz Bagiński, well-known to fans of the Witcher games and series . Toei studio is producing in cooperation with Sony Pictures. The combat scenes in the film are coordinated by Andy Cheng, whose work can be seen in the latest Marvel film – Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings .
According to the report, the film is about the beginnings of the adventures of Seya, a boy who met a rare cosmic force. As a result of this event, the main character is forced to fight the real gods. Sayia will also meet a girl named Sienna, whom he will have to protect or kill.
