The Strange World animation will be released in cinemas next year . Its publisher, Walt Disney Animation Studios, has just revealed the first details about the production!
Strange World, produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios, takes viewers on a journey through an unexplored and dangerous land where fantastic creatures await the return of the Clad family – legendary explorers – from their last and definitely the most important mission. As the director Don Hall says, Strange World is a tribute to tabloid magazines – fantasy magazines that were popular from the first half of the 20th century and were printed on cheap paper.
I loved reading tabloids when I was growing up, she recalls. – They often told about the extraordinary adventures of a group of explorers discovering hidden worlds or ancient creatures. They inspired the Strange World to a great extent .
Strange World , directed by Hall ( Big Six , Ray and the Last Dragon ) in collaboration with screenwriter Qui Nguyen ( co-writer of Raya and The Last Dragon ), and produced by Roy Conli ( Big Six , Tangled ), will hit theaters in 2022.
