The CW revealed its fall release dates on Tuesday, and for DC fans, this schedule has some good news. The only DC series to air this fall, Stargirl is set to return for its third season on August 31.
The series returns a month before the rest of The CW ‘s fall shows , which begin in earnest in October. Late last season, it was revealed that the next series is subtitled “Frenemies,” and the star of the series Brec Bassinger recently revealed that the latest production will feature a murder mystery theme. The superhero and the villain will try to find out who the killer is.
CW also recently released a teaser for the upcoming season that points to more interesting complications. Stargirl will face the return of Sylvester Pemberton aka Starman (Joel McHale). At the end of last season, it was revealed that he was still alive after all.
