The release date for Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is set to be officially announced in the coming weeks. At the beginning of the year, Electronic Arts and Respawn Entertainment confirmed that the sequel to Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is in production and will be released in 2023. Although we haven’t learned much about the project since then, it seems that this state of affairs will soon change, and within a few weeks.
According to Insider Gaming , a new trailer for Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will be released on December 8 at The Game Awards. This trailer is intended to reveal the exact release date of the game, as well as inform more hardcore fans when they will be able to pre-order the game. Other details are unknown at this time, but it seems likely that the trailer will also include a gameplay presentation. It is worth mentioning that although the project has been known for a long time, these would be the first official materials showing Survivor gameplay .

Based on numerous leaks and reports from recent months, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is currently on track for a March 2023 release. Assuming that’s true, it would be a little twist for EA and Respawn in terms of marketing. As above, no Survivor gameplay footage has been shown yet , which means much of the project is still highly mysterious. However, despite such a short time for self-promotion, it seems likely that Jedi: Survivor will be set for a big success, given the considerable popularity of Fallen Order .
Regardless of the final release date, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will only appear on the current generation of consoles (PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S) and personal computers.
