Spider mite, spider veil, did you get a thrill? – review of the movie “Spider-man: Far From Home”

The Marvel Universe is on its feet after Thanos’ Snap, or as the creators prefer to call it “Blip”. How is Peter Parker doing in a world without Iron Man? Jon Watts’ new film shows the Spider Man situation in a different light. It reports on how the superhero is doing after the events of Avengers: Endgame and how Peter Parker has changed.

Spider Man problems on vacation

Courtesy of Cinema-City, I had the opportunity to see what was prepared for us in the latest production from the already famous universe. The latest Marvel acquisition is not only another part of the story of a teenage superhero. A very important element is outlined in the production – the state of the world after the events that shocked a large part of the fans. Spider-man: Far From Home is a movie that will allow you to take a deep breath after April’s Endgame .

Jon Watts is not resting on his laurels. Together with Chris McKenna and Erik Sommer, they offer us a sequel, which turns out to be much better than the original. The plot and setting almost evoke the character of the predecessors of the present Pająk. In the newest part, we find both the features of the sometimes rather clumsy version of Tobi Maguire, but also charismatic feats in the style of Andrew Garfield.

The introduction of the theme of the journey to the repertoire of Spider-man (Tom Holland) adventures is undoubtedly a bull’s eye. This is a step that brings a breath of fresh air to the story of Parker, who is usually rocking the peaks of New York City skyscrapers. Moving the superhero to places with different buildings forces the creators’ creative approach to the way Peter moves.

In addition to purely superhero problems such as saving the world or tight panty, the production aspect of the feelings of a teenager from Queens was also widely presented. There is a thread of a complicated relationship with the SHIELD organization led by Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) and Maria Hill (Cobie Smulders). Fury appoints Parker to new assignments. The reason it has to do this is because of the emergence of new terrestrial threats. What defines the story shown in the latest spider movie is both the mysterious character Mysterio (Jake Gyllenhaal) and the plot of Michelle “MJ” Jones (Zendaya). An important element of the plot is also the theme of the school trip – it shows the sensitive nature of the boy endowed with superpowers.

The spider’s horn of plenty

The acting workshop of the main and supporting characters deserves much praise. Tom Holland in the role of Spider-man is almost an inter-world clone of his character. While Tobi Maguire’s and Andrew Garfield’s portraits were interesting interpretations, Holland, with the release of his second film, proves that his choice was completely justified. In addition, the scriptwriters in this part of the Spider’s story weave motifs that strongly refer to the activities of the previous Spider-Man movies. This kind of atmospheric nostalgia, if subtle as it may be, gives the production a mood that may have been a bit lacking in Homecoming.

Apart from Holland, the character played by Jake Gyllenhaal cannot be forgotten. Mysterio is an unobvious character. We know him from comics, but this time he managed to surprise us and present himself in a new version.

Parker’s classmates also did their best. The way of showing the bond between the teenager and MJ is most accurate and not exaggerated. Additionally, the character of Brad Davis (Remy Hii) was introduced, which only turns up the whole story and makes it more real. They tear up the object of our main character’s sighs, it makes the presented love story no longer typical, straightforward. The thread of friendship with Ned Reeds (Jacob Batalon) perfectly shows a healthy relationship that anyone could envy to Spider. The relationship that the creators presented to us in the first part has developed, and although Ned’s life is also creeping into a significant romance, the friendship of the heroes becomes even stronger.

The entire cast has created a story that entertains without embarrassment, touching, while remaining true and, above all, great to watch. The right amount of action packed into an engaging and logical story, smoothly engages and engages in all threads. It is embellished with very good animation, nice scenery and a well-chosen soundtrack, which makes up a production that is not only “who watch a movie well enough for a lot of money”. Watts and the writers and actors did not create another carbon copy. The menu includes an interesting production with a plot that is both innovative and evokes the atmosphere of the previous versions of the Spider presented to us.

One step ahead of Marvel

Is this the best Marvel movie? Probably not. Is this the best version of Spider-man’s adventures? This will remain an unanswered question. One thing that has to be said for sure is that the movie is different, in a very good sense of the word. It’s worth watching a story that continues to surprise us until the last scene after the credits on the big screen. The creators and actors themselves admit that it is intended for such reception.

Will we see another part of the Spider-man movie? To find out, all you have to do is wait until the screening ends. The film is a worthy end to the third phase, which brought many changes to the Marvel world. It is a foundation that, while finalizing, heralds a new beginning.

Movie Spider-Man: Far from home can be seen in the Cinema City throughout the country.
