Before there were multiple delays, troubles and the coronavirus pandemic, Doctor Strange’s sequel was scheduled to premiere ahead of Spider-Man: No Way Home . However, the film about Peter Parker will make its debut much earlier. This forced the creators to make significant changes to the script.
Marvel’s productions are linked by the involvement of Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) in the story of Spider-Man (Tom Holland). During the interview, Cumberbatch confessed that superheroes have a lot in common and that the Doctor will help Spider-Man if necessary.
Spider-Man: No Way Home will premiere on December 17, and Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness in May of the following year.
