Welcome to the game! To safely return home with his son, the athlete must lead Bugs, Lola and a whole bunch of notoriously undisciplined Looney Tunes heroes to victory on the basketball court. The opponent is a team of digital masters, created by an artificial mind. You have not seen such a parade of professional basketball stars. Tunes versus Goons is a game for the highest stakes that will change LeBron’s relationship with his son and prove the power of simply being yourself. Michael Jordan was my authority, and as a kid I loved Bugs Bunny and the characters from Looney Tunes. Combining them in this movie was an amazing adventure for me!
In the 25 years since the release of the original film, LeBron James has made his way to the top of basketball. Now it continues the legacy of Michael Jordan.
It is an honor for me to be part of the world of the “Space Match”, to be able to introduce it to the children again today and show them how incredible Looney Tunes are and how great basketball is.
Director Malcolm D. Lee was entrusted with the task of directing this enormous film venture, presenting a story known to all in a world completely different from the one we knew in 1996.
We live in an age where everything is digital and electronic. It’s all about video games and virtual reality, so our heroes – LeBron James and his son – find their way into the gaming world. It’s a great way to bring Looney Tunes back to the big screen with the help of one of the best basketball players ever.
Of course, we cannot forget about the animes! The film features a timeless cast of wacky characters from Warner Bros. with Bugs King at the helm, a hero who can confidently compete with James in terms of recognition, and Lola Bunny, who can match LeBron’s skills on the pitch …
