Uncork’d Entertainment has released the official trailer for Monsternado , a movie that, true to its tagline, “fills a tornado with ALL the scariest creatures”!
The idea for the production is, of course, based on the film Sharknado , but this time, in addition to sharks, the screen will also feature megalodons, giant squids, krakens, man-eating spiders and more. All of this will be thrown into the seaside town at 300 miles per hour! The studio’s president, Keith Leopard, stated that the title will be funny, scary and full of very cool special effects. The film is directed by Jeffrey Scott, who previously worked on Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey . It stars May Kelly, Danielle Scott and Michael S. Siegel. The description of the plot itself is as follows:
A tornado infested with prehistoric monsters has formed in the Bermuda Triangle and is heading towards land. Megalodon, pterodactyls, giant octopuses, crocodiles and other monsters fly towards the city, which must fight to survive from these deadly creatures.
Unfortunately, Monsternado will not be released in cinemas. It will be released only in digital and DVD versions on November 14.
