By the time the Mandalorian returns next year, it will be over two years since the end of Season Two. Fans will see Dina Djarin (Pedro Pascal) and Baby Yoda again in Bob Fett’s Book earlier this year, but they’ll definitely be looking forward to them back in action on their own show. The wait between seasons two and three is long, but there is a good chance that there will be a smaller gap between seasons three and four. According to the latest list of Production Weekly projects, the fourth season of The Mandalorian is already in production.
The Star Wars series is on the August 11 list of new productions, and while that doesn’t necessarily mean the main cast has started recording, it does herald some good news. Although it is unlikely that both the third and fourth seasons will be released in 2023, we must believe that there will be no more than two years between the following editions.
Star Wars Celebration took place in May and there was a panel dedicated to The Mandalorian . Pascal showed up at the event to announce what awaits us in the upcoming season three.
“The hardest part is all the creative ways journalists find to try to cheat you. But I will not be fooled. I don’t want anything to spoil the fun for the fans. I want everything to be unexpected and the third season is full of surprises, ”the actor shared.

Producer Jon Favreau pointed out that Star Wars has always been a serial story.
