Six years have passed since the premiere of Bloodborne on PS4 consoles, and information is circulating on the web that we should expect the title also on PS5. According to the latest reports, the remaster is in production and will debut later this year.
The source of the leak is a Twitter user named SoulsHunt. According to him, a new version of the title is definitely on the way. It is not a continuation of the 2015 hit – according to the source, it is not even in production, but a remaster of Bloodborne, which will provide players with a new gameplay experience and will allow for more than 30 FPS, as is the case today. And best of all, it will be coming this year.
Interestingly, neither the creator of the original title – FromSoftware, nor Bluepoint Games, responsible for last year’s Demon’s Souls, is working on the refreshed production . This fact will have no negative impact on the game, which will remain “ambitious”.
What makes us not to reject SoulsHunt reports in advance is the fact that this user has previously shared information with Internet users, which was later confirmed. The most recent example of this is Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin. SoulsHunt was one of the first to mention the title, and later this one was actually revealed at E3 2021. So there’s a chance it might be right this time too.
Until PlayStation officially announces that the title is headed for PlayStation 5, we should be cautious about such information – as always in the case of unofficial reports.
