We can already assume that the production of the creators of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt met with great interest on the part of players. Most platforms do not provide accurate activity data, but Steam itself provides some interesting information. It turns out that around 4 o’clock, over a million people were playing Cyberpunk 2077 at the same time! Thus, the platform’s record was broken when it comes to single-player games . Previously, Fallout 4 gathered 470,000 players.
The information on pre-sale orders published today by CD Projekt RED is also impressive. Players have submitted 8 million pre-orders . For comparison, in a similar case, The Witcher 3 could boast 1.5 million orders.
