The series by Nami Hidaka and Satoru Yamaguchi debuted as graphic novels published since 2014 on Shōsetsuka ni narō! A year later, the Ichijinsha publishing house adapted the series as manga. An anime series was also based on the Reborn as a villain in the otome game .
Story description:
Catarina Claes is a spoiled eight-year-old princess. One day, while playing with Prince Gerald, she is injured in the head, and the girl recovers her past life memories. Meanwhile, Gerald, in order to make amends for her wound, which will most likely leave a scar on the noble’s face and threaten her future marriage, proposes to her. Right now, Catarina realizes that her current life looks like an otome game she played in a previous life!
Unfortunately, she also realizes that she has been reborn as a villain! He also remembers the storylines of this game and their endings. If the main character of the story gets a good ending, Catarina will be banished, and if bad – killed! Neither path in the game allowed luck for the villain, but Catarina must find a way to avoid a cruel fate and live her life in peace!
