The festival of board games should be celebrated with something pleasant, addictive and thought-provoking, but without complicated rules and extensive instructions. Thinking about such a combination, I have several titles before my eyes, among them is the well-known in the board game world of Mars Terraformation.
Those who do not know this title should catch up quickly. An incredibly successful combination of several mechanics and an interesting, although often used topic, are the strengths of this game. Adjusting the factors (temperature, oxygen levels, and oceans) necessary for human survival on Mars is a drag from the first round, and it gets better with each subsequent round. The gameplay is so good that when I see the end approaching, I try to delay it a bit to enjoy the game longer. The many paths to win and the various skills of the corporations we control allow us to discover new strategies. Thanks to this, you will have many hours of pleasure at the table, and later also the expansion of the Mars Terraformationfor extras.
