Key Text Publishing March 30 of this year plans to launch a debut thriller with elements of solid sociological science fiction Pharmacon by Marlene and Marian Siwiaków in two volumes. Fans of these genres can count on new views of well-known and well-known patterns, combined into one surprising whole, with scientific knowledge easily presented. The official description of the first part is:
Biologist Niv Sokol, still young enough to believe that a good idea backed by hard work guarantees success, invents a technology that uses nanobots to extend human life. When he realizes that pharmaceutical companies will stop at nothing to take over the results of his revolutionary research, he decides to make an unexpected move to ensure that everyone has equal access to the final product.
Thriller Pharmacon is refined in the smallest details, has an interesting plot and fast-paced action, thanks to which it is completely absorbing, taking you to the world of conspiracy theories and corruption. The authors, beyond the logical content, present scientific facts understandable to a layman like me. The sense of humor that is subtly woven into the dialogues and the current play on words add to the charm of the story. Already on the first pages you can see that the book is refined and we can assume that the name of Mr. and Mrs. Siwiak will be more widely associated with the technothriller genre.
