Fans of DC comics are in for a real treat, as there will be a completely new series focused on the character of the Penguin. The story for them will be created by well-known m.in. from working on  Batman  (2022) Tom King.

Fans following  Batman know that Oswald Cobblepot/Penguin ‘died’ in issue #125, and The Executioner sent Selina Kyle/Catwoman to track down Oswald’s next of kin and grant his last wish – history readers may be surprised by June 13’s The Penguin  # 0 , which features backup stories from  Batman #125-127 by Chip Zdarsky and Belen Ortega. Oswald isn’t really dead, he’s just ‘retired’ to Metropolis, but King’s new series will bring him back to Gotham City for a very unexpected reason.
