The new trailer shows another previously unseen scenes. Among them there is a moment that may be the introduction to the debut of a certain team of heroes in the MCU.
The material first debuted at this year’s Super Bowl final. We see a lot of shots with previously confirmed characters, but there are also a few surprises. There is also a moment that may indicate an uncertain alliance between the title character and Wanda Maximoff / Scarlet Witch.
One of the more interesting scenes is the one showing something like a trial over a master of magic. First, Strange is led by Ultron’s drones to a room where a council of mysterious figures awaits him. One of them says that “they should tell him the truth.” He is a bald man who is probably in a wheelchair. Fans of Marvel’s comics and their screen adaptations will surely connect him with the leader of the X-Men – Charls Xavier. It is also supported by the fact that he speaks with a British accent, and his voice seems to be similar to Patrick Stewart (the impersonator of the role of the mighty mutant in the X-Men series from FOX).
Marvel Studios, thanks to the introduction of the multiverse thread to the MCU, now has many options for subsequent returns and the introduction of completely new characters. It worked very well in the case of Spider-Man: No Way Home, where former Peter Parker actors and the villains he faced had the opportunity to show their best side.
