PlayStation’s marketing campaign for Spider-Man 2 is in full swing. What can we expect from the latest installment of Spider’s adventures?
Premiere in just over a month. That’s why PlayStation and developer Insomniac Games today revealed two new posters for Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 . Everything indicates that the Spider-Man sequel will become one of the biggest games of 2023 and will undoubtedly be a huge hit on PlayStation. To create even more hype and excitement around the title, Insomniac has released some new in-game photos featuring both Spider-Men.
A post was shared on the official Insomniac X account (and on Twitter) showing a set of posters related to Marvel’s Spider-Man 2. The first poster shows Peter Parker hitting a pole while driving through New York City, with the Spider-Man 2 logo emblazoned on top. The second poster is therefore quite similar, although it instead shows Miles Morales in his new “Improved Suit”. Insomniac shared new photos from the game while encouraging fans to pre-order Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 .
Perhaps the most interesting thing about the new Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 poster is that the new version of Peter doesn’t feature him in his Symbiote suit. This “black suit” version of Spider-Man was shown to us in the latest gameplay presentation from PlayStation, which debuted earlier this year. And while it’s clear that Peter’s new suit will play a major role in the story of Spider-Man 2 , PlayStation and Insomniac are apparently choosing not to put the suit at the forefront of the sequel’s marketing.
When will Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 premiere ?
If you don’t have a Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 release date on your calendar yet, the game will release on October 20 exclusively on PlayStation 5 . Currently, Spider-Man 2 is the biggest title that PlayStation is scheduled to release by the end of 2023. Additionally, Sony will release titles such as Helldivers 2 and Stellar Blade this year , although both of these games do not have specific release dates yet.
