All of this was communicated during Embracer Groups’ recent meeting with investors. While the details of the games are yet to be revealed, it can be assumed that one of them is The Lord of the Rings: Gollum , which is due out later this year.
Developed by Daedallic Entertainment, the game was announced in 2019 and was originally scheduled for release in 2021, but the release date was changed to 2023. It will be released via Nintendo Switch, PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series S and Xbox Series X. An action adventure game developed by Daedalic Entertainment.
The player will play the role of Smeagol and during the game will witness his transformation into the titular Gollum . The official description of The Lord of the Rings: Gollum :

Use stealth, agility and cunning to survive and overcome obstacles in your way. Climb, jump and grab to avoid danger or reach important places.
While Gollum may not be a warrior, he will certainly assassinate an unwary foe stealthily when the opportunity presents itself – or dispose of him in much more creative and nefarious ways.
The decisions you make and the way you play have a direct impact on your character’s personality. With the constant internal battle between the two beings, it’s up to you to decide whether Gollum’s darker side will prevail, or what little sanity left over from what Sméagol once was will prevail.
