A new trailer for the remake of the classic jRPG has appeared on the web. Fans of boss battles should be satisfied.
A new promotional video for Final Fantasy VII Remake has just appeared on the official Final Fantasy series YouTube channel . The clip comes from the demo that Square Enix brought to this year’s Tokyo Games Show. Gameplay introduces you to face the mighty boss Abzu. Most importantly, the video gives you a lot of insight into how the dynamic combat system works. Interestingly, the game will have the option to switch to a turn-based combat system, reminiscent of the original Final Fantasy VII .
On the occasion of the teaser, a design for the official cover was also made available, clearly inspired by the 1997 original. The graphics, however, are somewhat controversial. When seeing a similar box, some players may think they are dealing with a remake of the full game. However, due to the story expansion, the game has been divided into episodes. There is no information on the cover that this is only the first part.
Final Fantasy VII Remake will be released on PS4 on March 3, 2020.
