Today Netflix introduced the new heroes and cast members that we’ll see in third season of The Witcher . Gallatin, Milva, Radowid and Mistle will debut in the upcoming episodes.
The plot of the third season will focus on the period when the rulers, wizards and monsters of the continent try to capture Ciri. Geralt is taking her out of Cintra to protect his newly reunited family from those who threaten her. Entrusted with training Ciri, Yennefer leads them to a protected fortress in Aretuza, where she hopes to learn more about the girl’s extraordinary powers. It turns out, however, that they find themselves in the middle of a conflict full of corrupt politics, dark magic and villainy. They have to fight and put it all on one card – or risk losing themselves forever.
Below is a list of the new heroes we will see in Season 3 along with their descriptions, prepared by Netflix:
Gallatin , played by Robbie Amell ( Upload , Code 8, Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City ). He is a natural born warrior who commands an army of Scoia’tael rebels fighting on the side of Nilfgaard. He is not afraid to tell the truth, but loyalty to his people leads him to conflict with Francesca for power.
Milva , played by Meng’er Zhang ( Shang-Chi and the legend of the ten rings ). Adopted by the dryads of Brokilon, she is a fierce and talented hunter. Her excellent archery skills, combined with exceptional survivability, make her a formidable opponent on the merciless continent – who comes into contact with her at your own risk.
Radowid will be played by Hugh Skinner ( Mamma Mia Here We Go Again !, Falling For Figaro, Fleabag ). He is a playboy and younger brother of King Vizimir, who unexpectedly finds himself in the structures of Redanian intelligence. With his beauty and often drunken charm, he surprises with how keen he can be in matters of politics, but the fun will end when someone gets hurt.
Mistle , we will see Christelle Elwin ( Half Bad, Bloods ) in her role. She is a member of the Rats, a gang of juvenile outcasts who take the rich to give to themselves – and sometimes the poor. She is a tough street girl, suspicious of everyone and hungry for revenge, until a chance meeting changes everything.
