Black Mirror is back with a brand new season 6 trailer! There’s a thirst for revenge in Netflix’s famous horror anthology!
It’s been a long time since the last season, but fans of Black Mirror can finally prepare for the new episodes that they will see in June. While Netflix keeps most of the details to themselves, I already know season 6 will make a slight change. Charlie Booker, writer and executive producer, spoke to TUDUM about needing some fresh air in production .
Partly as a challenge and partly to keep things fresh for both me and the viewer, I started this season by deliberately changing some of my own basic assumptions about what to expect. This time around, in addition to some of the show’s more familiar themes, we also have some new elements, including some I wouldn’t have thought of before. All the stories are still totally weird – but with some crazy swings and more variety than ever before.

In May 2020, Charlie Booker said in an interview with Radio Times that they were not working on Black Mirror episodes because of the pandemic and all that came with it. However, it seems that the situation of the creator of Netflix has improved, and fans are ready for new emotions.

The program looks inside the darker aspects of humanity and society. This is done through new technology, hence the second meaning. The black mirror is the screen that rules our lives. Phenomena (from the crazy popularity of talent shows on TV to the impact of social media and smartphones on our lives) as a starting point. Each episode tells a different story with different characters and focuses on a different theme.
