Netflix has made an official teaser and announced the release date of the new series, Cursed!

All episodes of Cursed will be available on Netflix starting July 17!

Cursed , based on the New York Times bestseller novel, is a re-version of Arthurian legend from the perspective of Nimue, a young woman with mysterious abilities destined to become the mighty (and tragic) Lady of the Lake. After the death of his mother, Nimue gains unexpected help from Arthur, a modest mercenary with whom he sets out on a mission to find Merlin and deliver him an ancient sword. During his journey, Nimue becomes a symbol of courage and rebellion against the fearsome Red Paladins and their king, Uther. Cursed is a coming-of-age story that touches upon issues close to contemporary audiences, such as environmental destruction, religious terror, the futility of war, and finding the courage to lead others to fight an insurmountable enemy.
