The popular brawl will receive an expansion in May. The game will include not only new characters, but also a new storyline.
The unwritten tradition of Mortal Kombat games since the 2009 reboot is to expand the content with additional characters as part of paid add-ons. The situation was no different in Mortal Kombat 11 , to which in recent months has been Spawn, Terminator T-800 or Shao Khan. This is not the end of support, however, as a large DLC pack called Aftermath has just been announced . It will introduce three new characters – known from the Fujina and Sheeva series, as well as guest appearance Robocop. The pack also includes three costume sets for all base characters. The biggest attraction, however, is to be a completely new story campaign, continuing the threads from the original game. This is what the trailer published by the publisher focuses on.
Interestingly, with the release of Aftermath, the free update will also enrich the base edition of Mortal Kombat 11. All players will have access to new arenas, including the returning Klassic Dead Pool and Soul Chamber, as well as more Fatalities , the iconic, extremely brutal finishes of defeated warriors. Specific finishers, Friendship , will also return, allowing you to show kindness to a defeated enemy.
