Mikołaj Klimek is dead. The actor was 48 years old.

The series actor and voiceover known for dubbing in many animated films and computer games died suddenly at the age of 48 in Warsaw. Mikołaj Klimek fainted while riding a bike. According to the portal krknews.pl, the probable cause of the actor’s death was a heart attack or stroke.

This sad information was confirmed by the actor’s friends. As we read on the Polish Dubbing Zone website:

Today Mikołaj Klimek died at the age of 48. The voice of Draven, Lucian and Yasuo in League of Legends, among others…
rest in peace [*]

 

The actor and voiceover had many friends who now remember him in touching words. I was hoping for many more meetings, because he is a very nice man, he talked to him very well, and each recording was a pleasure. And for many episodes of Pokemon, in which he will talk to me at the beginning and end of the episode – wrote one of Mikołaj Klimek’s associates.

 

Klimek graduated from the Academy of Theater Arts in Krakow. He made his debut on the Krakow RMF FM station as a voiceover, he also played in the Stary Theater. He later moved to the capital, where he began his career as a series actor.

Mikołaj Klimek was known for his characteristic voice, which he lent to characters in fairy tales such as: My little pony, Scooby Doo, Pokemons, Kung Fu Panda, Minions and Shrek 4 . Mikołaj Klimek’s voice is also known to fans of the series of games such as The Witcher, Fallout 3 or League of Legends .
