Egmont presents Polish readers with two beautiful albums: Horrifikland. A terrifying adventure and Mickey and the land of the Ancients by the French publishing house Glénat, which entrusted the adventures of Mickey Mouse to famous European creators. Their artistic visions of the Walt Disney universe can be admired since 2016 and in Polish translation from Maria Mosiewicz are available now!
Horrifikland. The terrifying adventure comic draws on the classic short films and comics in which Miki, Goofy and Donald jointly ran a detective agency. This time, in the face of a lack of customers, they undertake the simple task of finding a lost cat. Following his trail, they find themselves in the abandoned amusement park Horrrifikland, where they will take up a much more serious matter related to the attempt to take over the unused land. In this gloomy place, they will face bad guys, try to thwart a sinister plot, and at the same time travel through the mysterious underworld and confront strange ghosts.
Miki and the Land of the Ancients , in terms of the creation of the world, paying tribute to the work of Hayao Miyazaki, tells about a fantastic, sky-high land where flying islands are the only places suitable for living. The kingdom, tormented by windstorms, is completely ruled by Phantomen, which is opposed by the Guild led by Black Peter. Rope maker Miki involuntarily gets involved in a conflict between usurpers, but chooses his own course of action. Together with Minnie, a hunter of stray islands and friend Goof, they will undertake a dangerous mission to change the fate of the land and find the mythical continent of the Ancients.

Horrifikland. A terrifying adventure screenwriter is the famous French creator Lewis Trondheim ( Bourbon Island , Ralph Azham , ALIEEN , Donjon ), winner of numerous awards, including the Grand Prix at the Angoulême Comics Festival.
And for the screenplay of Miki and the land of the Ancients is also the responsibility of the French – Denis-Pierre Filippi, the creator of, among others, the famous fantasy-adventure series: An Extraordinary Journey , Gargouilles , Néfésis .

Another edition is also planned for November, presenting Miki’s adventure, this time in a steampunk world inspired by the works of Jules Verne – Miki and the Lost Ocean by Denis-Pierre Filippi and Silvio Camboni.
