Secret Invasion will see the return of many well-known characters from previous productions, such as Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson), Maria Hill (Cobie Smulders) and Talos (Ben Mendelsohn). We previously saw Jackson as Fury while the character was on vacation. This took place after the events of The Avengers. Game over . Marvel has already shared some new photos from the series and has finally shared the first official trailer for Secret Invasion .

The latest Marvel Studios movie is Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantomania . Empire Magazine recently spoke to director Peyton Reed:
I wanted my movie to be as big as the Avengers . I was raised a true Marvel comic nerd , and there are a handful of antagonists in the Marvel comic universe . Loki , of course . Doctor Doom from the Fantastic Four . And Kang the Conqueror . Speaking with Kevin Feige and Marvel , I wanted to bet Ant-Man and the Wasp against a really dangerous villain in this movie , so we’re doing Kang the Conqueror .
In the comics, Kang is in control of time, a time traveler. His situation is a little different in this movie, which I won’t reveal to you, but he’s someone who [while] we live a very linear life from childhood to death, Kang doesn’t exist that way. I found it interesting to take the smallest Avengers – in some people’s minds, perhaps the least powerful Avengers – and pit them against the most powerful force in the multiverse.
In the film that officially kicks off Phase 5 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, superhero partners Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) and Hope Van Dyne (Evangeline Lilly) return to continue their adventures as Ant-Man and the Wasp . Together with Hope’s parents Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) and Janet Van Dyne (Michelle Pfeiffer), the family explores the Quantum Realm, interacting with strange new creatures and embarking on an adventure that will push them beyond what they thought was possible. Jonathan Majors joins the adventure as Kang.
