Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is the second film in Marvel Studios’ lineup of 2023 releases. Currently, it is not heavily promoted due to the remaining time until its debut in the cinema. Nevertheless, some new information has emerged. USA Today shared a photo of a still from the film that offers a new take on the sequel.
Visible Guardians gather around the table in galactic garb. Star-Lord (Chris Pratt), Mantis (Pom Klementieff), Drax (Dave Bautista) and Nebula talk to each other. However, fans did not miss a single detail. It turns out that Nebula in the third part received a new arm from the creators, sticking out from under her suit, which is a significant improvement of the character. Look below:

Unfortunately, not everyone present in the photo will participate in the next parts. Dave Bautista confirms the end of his participation in the series:
I am very grateful for Drax. I love him. But I’m relieved that it’s over. It wasn’t pleasant. It was hard to play this role. The makeup process blew me away. And I just don’t know if I want Drax to be my legacy – it’s a silly role, and I want to do more dramatic things.
As a consolation, the actress playing Nebula (Karen Gillan) suggested that as long as Marvel allows her, she intends to stay in the role:
I love my character very much. I’m obsessed with her. Honestly, I’m just fascinated. I think I just got lucky. It’s like a gift she keeps giving because she starts out as a villain and I’ve had the opportunity to really show her perspective and point of view on things. It’s about six movies now, and I find it utterly fascinating. Her whole family dynamic, her upbringing, toxic narcissistic family system. These are all things I love to discover.
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 in cinemas on May 5, 2023. wait!
