The head of Marvel Studios revealed that "Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness " will be even more closely related to series from the Disney + platform.
It has been known for some time about the direct connection of the new installment of Doctor Strange’s adventures with the WandaVision series . The production with Scarlet Witch is to precede and involve a film about a master of mystical arts. As it turns out, Loki is also supposed to have an influence on the events of this painting. Unfortunately, the head of Marvel Studios, Kevin Feige, did not specify to what extent. Considering the full title of the film ( Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness ) and the fact that the version of the god of discord that we will see in the series is from a parallel reality, it is safe to assume a fairly close interpenetration of the two productions.
Interestingly, there will be more connections between Disney + series and movies in the future. The characters in the series will change and develop, and we will see the effects of these transformations in the later film appearances of individual characters. Feige admitted that this is a new form of storytelling for them, with which they would love to experiment.
Recall that the long-awaited image about Loki tells the story of the god of discord after his escape from New York in Avengers: Endgame .
