“Muse” is a dark and full of secrets story of a professor who tries to discover the truth about a crime that previously appeared to him in nightmares. The screenplay was based on the novel “The Thirteenth Lady” by José Carlos Somoza. The film cast includes Elliot Cowan (“Alexander”, “Peaky Blinders”), Franka Potente (“Presence 2”, “American Horror Story”) and Christopher Lloyd (“Back to the Future”, “Piranha 3DD”). Unemployed literature professor Samuel Solomon (Elliot Cowan) has struggled with the recurring nightmare of a woman brutally murdered in a strange ritual since his girlfriend’s tragic death. When it turns out that the character from the terrifying dream is actually found dead, and the circumstances coincide with his night vision, the intrigued man decides to go to the crime scene. There he meets Rachel (Ana Ularu) – a beautiful woman who claims to have experienced identical dreams of ritual murder. Together, they decide to solve the mystery of night visions and discover the identity of the mysterious woman. Unaware of anything, they enter a dangerous world on the border of reality and sleep, ruled by Muses – creatures from Greek mythology, famous for inspiring artists.
