I like foosball and air hockey, so I’m going to play “Klask” – game review

If the first thing you do at the seaside is always to play air hockey , and in every pub you spread your friends during a game of table football, you must have this game. Klask is a combination of two popular titles, perfect for fans of fast-paced gameplay.

 

I will not lie when I say that from the moment I received the Klask game for testing , I have probably played it with every person I know who came to visit. In addition, I even encouraged a few to buy it, because it is simply impossible to pass by this title indifferently. Why is this publication so delightful, despite the fact that it is based on well-known principles? I have no idea, but it doesn’t stop me from spending a lot of time with her.

One on one and those spooky magnets

It is worth noting from the very beginning that Klask is a fairly large title, so it is not suitable for taking on every journey, but rather for playing at home. The set consists of a large table, which (in a folded form) was placed in a cardboard box. The playing field is a playground drawn on the top of this structure. Each participant receives a player – a two-piece pawn. The upper part moves around the board, while we keep its other half under the tabletop (they connect with magnets). Of course, sometimes our champion disconnects or falls over, which causes both a lot of laughter and sometimes even frustration (when the fight is fierce).

The goal is to get the ball (as in foosball) into the hole, i.e. the opponent’s goal. Unfortunately, as in table football – the field of movement is limited, because each player can move only on his part of the field. In addition, in the middle there are three small white magnets, whose task is to stick to us like defenders and make it difficult for us to complete the mission. The game lasts until one of the people scores 6 points (we have special tokens to mark them, which are moved along the groove on the board).

Clack, clack, clack

Great, fast, attractive and evoking a lot of positive emotions and driving the spirit of competition to the maximum. One can only talk about Klask in superlatives, because it is an ideal party, family title, and even for a simple sparring during a break at work. The title is very well made in terms of the quality of materials, and is additionally based on well-known and proven game mechanics. The addition of magnets to the gameplay, which can cause a lot of confusion, gives the whole thing a humorous touch and a fresh twist.

I want again!

It is worth finding a permanent place in the house for Klask from the very beginning, because once unpacked it is still in use. Another universal title that will work in any situation, and additionally allows you to train your reflexes and flexibility in deciding what next move to make. Great title!
