Deadpool 3 promises to be more and more interesting every moment. Not only is the film being made at all, it will be part of the MCU and Hugh Jackman will return to the role of Wolverine. Now we also know what costume the Australian actor will wear. For the first time, it will be similar to those from the comics.
Fans have long wanted to see Jackman in this type of outfit. In the first X-Men movies, they had black costumes that were unlike anything in the source material. In the bonus scene at the end of The Wolverine, a brown variant was suggested, but ultimately nothing came of it. Now Marvel Studios is reaching out to mutant fans giving them exactly what they wanted.
In Deadpool 3 we will see the return of both Ryan Reynolds in the title role and the aforementioned Jackman. It will also be an MCU debut for both actors. The third installment of the saucy mercenary’s adventures is also surrounded by a lot of rumors. Among them are e.g. those about returning to the roles of Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner to the roles of Daredevil and Elektra.
Deadpool 3 is scheduled to hit theaters in early May 2024.
