The character creator is one of the most anticipated elements of the game. It is the prospect of creating your own wizard and starting your adventure at Hogwarts that excites a large number of fans. After all, most of us have always dreamed of receiving a letter from the School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
New information about the game was released during the Autodesk Vision Series, which was held on August 3-4. On the first day, there was a Hogwarts Heritage show and Forza Horizon 5. The creators showed both the character creator and a longer cut-scene from the game.
From the shared screenshot of the character creator, we can conclude that it will provide the possibility of fine-tuning the hero. However, we didn’t get a video of the entire character creation process, only a screenshot of part of it.
The creator itself does not seem to differ from others that we have seen in other productions, but the last window with the Hogwarts emblem is puzzling. Some players say that at this stage we choose our hero’s house, and others say that his character traits will be refined there.
The cust-scene presented at the Autodesk Vision Series is probably the longest fragment of the game so far, shared by the developers. In the 40 second clip, we see a scene of the kidnapping of Hippogriff and a companion trying to save him, which is most likely part of a larger task that the player will have to complete.
The Hogwarts Legacy does not have an official release date, but according to recent reports, it will be available later this year.
