Hondo Ohnaka – Star Wars
Pirates can be different, and they can be found not only in the rough waters of the ocean, but also in outer space – also long, long ago, in a galaxy far, far away! We know him from the animated version of the adventures of the Jedi Knights, specifically from the Clone Wars series and its continuation – Rebels – where he appears and disappears as an episodic character. Easter egg lovers probably also found his portrait in Star Wars: Battlefront 2 .
As befits a pirate, Hondo Ohnaka has its own fleet full of types from under the dark star, along with which he steals, loots, robs, and sometimes even imprisons someone for ransom. Nonchalance and cleverness go hand in hand with a friendly exterior, sense of humor and the ability to improvise efficiently under pressure. Anyway, all of this is absolutely essential to him, considering how often Hondo changes alliances, doing business with Jedi, Sith, Huttas, smugglers… and so on.
Although he is an equal peasant who will always greet us with a smile, and then propose a queue of something stronger and a lucrative business opportunity, sometimes it’s better to give it up – Captain Ohnaka’s private sympathies will immediately go away as soon as he can get rich at our expense. – Krzysztof Dzieniszewki
