Pirate Captain – Pirates!
The main character of the animation by Aardman Animations, along with his somewhat crazy, clumsy and too good-natured crew (it is also worth mentioning the Surprisingly Androgenic Pirate and the Pirate Who Likes Cats and Sunsets), experiences absurd adventures, trying to win the title of the Pirate of the Year, but he does it with the grace of mixing Jack Sparrow with the heroes of Monty Python. Piracki is not left with unusual luck, which makes him a laughingstock among his “brothers”, but he can always count on a faithful crew and a Dodo bird. Ultimately, when fate finally smiles at him, he decides to sacrifice fame and wealth for his friends. This is definitely one of the funniest animations I have seen in the cinema, in which this kitsch is mixed with the characteristic British sense of humor, satire and grotesque – Mateusz Michałek
