Hulu has released a trailer for its upcoming production based on Marvel comics. The atmospheric dark material is a good introduction to the demonic story.
The picture definitely differs from what the viewers are used to in Marvel adaptations. It was known from the beginning that it was going to be a horror movie, which is in line with the source material. Check out the new trailer below.
The series will focus on the siblings of the title Helstroms – Daimon and Ana – and their connections with paranormal phenomena. They bear the burden of a serial killer father and a possessed mother. Despite the complicated relationships, brother and sister will have to work together to overcome the evil that threatens humanity.
We will see Tom Austen and Sydney Lemmon in the main roles. The first season will consist of 10 episodes. Helstrom is the third series from Hulu to be based on Marvel comics. The other two are Runaways and Cloak and Dagger . The first of them was recently available in Poland on the Sci Fi channel.
The premiere of Helstrom is scheduled for October 16.
