The new open-world action RPG set in the Batman universe from DC is now available.
Cenega , an official partner of Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment in Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia are pleased to announce that Gotham Knights , a new open-world action RPG, is now available in Poland in a boxed version for PlayStation 5 (PS5) and Xbox Series X. The title offers gameplay in solo and two-player online co-op.
Developed by Warner Bros. Games Montréal Gotham Knights features characters from the Batman family – Batgirl, Nightwing, Red Hood and Robin. They form the new guard of skilled superheroes from the DC universe who must defend the city of Gotham after Batman’s death. The game presents a new story set in the DC Batman universe.
Players must solve puzzles connecting the darkest chapters of the city’s history, engaging in epic confrontations and encounters with famous DC super villains such as the Cold One Mr. Freeze, the cunning manipulator Harley Quinn, the shape-shifting colossus Clayface and the mysterious Court of Owls – a secret society made up of Gotham City’s wealthiest families.

In Gotham Knights , players will patrol the dark streets of five neighborhoods in the dynamic, interactive Gotham City, using a variety of movement skills and heroic combat moves, as well as the iconic Batmotor.
As they progress, Batgirl, Nightwing, Red Hood, and Robin will develop their distinctive gameplay style, as well as expand their arsenal of gadgets, gear, and abilities. Each member of Batman’s family can also unlock special eliminations and cooperative abilities, such as healing or empowering companions. Players will be able to stop crime and explore the open world in free online co-op for two players. Experience, loot, and story progress will carry over for the hosts between modes, so you can only play solo, only in co-op with a friend, or combine the modes as you like.
The four playable characters in Gotham Knights are:
- Batgirl, also known as Barbara Gordon. She is a highly trained fighter and expert in computer programming, also knowledgeable about hacking. He controls the tonfa and uses a fierce combination of kickboxing, capoeira and ju-jitsu.
- Dick Grayson, who plays the role of Nightwing, whose unique fighting style combines strength with agility. It uses escrim sticks and arrows fired from the wrist, as well as methods of movement such as parkour, a rope with a hook or a hang glider known as a “flying trapeze”.
- Red Hood, formerly known as Jason Todd, is an excellent shooter and a strong hand-to-hand fighter. He has gained the ability to wield mystical powers that help him in combat and allow him to launch himself into the air, thanks to which he can efficiently move around the city.
- Robin, aka Tim Drake, is an excellent man with a folding stick. He is also a stealth and deduction specialist. Thanks to the technology from the Justice League satellite, Robin has the unique ability to teleport across the battlefield to eliminate enemies quickly and efficiently.
In addition, players can also expect the upcoming Heroic Onslaught. This is a new four-player co-op mode that will become available as a free update to all Gotham Knights owners on November 29, 2022. This standalone mode is separate from the main story campaign and provides a dedicated arena-like environment with specific objectives to complete and enemies to defeat on each of the 30 action-packed floors.
