The heroes of Azeroth can begin preparations for their journey to the Dragon Islands after the release of the first of the two pre-release updates. It will enter the game on October 26 , after the end of regional technical breaks!
Both updates will bring a lot of new stuff to make our flight towards the launch of World of Warcraft: Dragonfligt on November 29th .
Phase One (Update 10.0): October 26
- Talent system changes
- Players will be able to customize the new class’s talent trees, including saving different schematics based on their preferred playstyle.
- Changes to the user interface
- The first phase of UI changes will provide players with the ability to modify its basic functions, such as rearranging action bars, player portraits, and much more.
- Accessibility features
- We are introducing a number of new features, such as casting spells by holding a button, interaction keys, support for controllers and much more.
- Rated Solo Shuffle
- The new brawl PVP mode will appear as a ranked mode in 2v2, 3v3 and Ranked Battlegrounds, allowing you to earn Elite PVP rewards.
- New class and race combinations:
- Players choosing any playable race will be able to create a Rogue, Priest, or Mage. More options will follow in the future.
Phase Two (Update 10.0.2): November 16
- New Race / Class : Dracthyr Evoker Summoner
- New area : Forbidden Reach
- Explore the starting area for a new heroic class: the drastic summoner.
- New Dungeon: Uldaman: Legacy of Tyr (Uldaman: Legacy of Tyr)
- Game Events : Primordial Storms
- Fend off pram attacks in new quests and events ahead of the launch of Dragonflight .
