It’s official! After years of pleading, Hoyoverse announced that Genshin Impact would be getting an anime adaptation! In addition, the studio responsible for Demon Slayer will be working on the series , so we can expect a good animation repair!
On August 16, work on an anime based on the game was announced on the Genshin Impact livestream. Moreover, it has been mentioned that it will be a long term project which means a lot of content!
So far, not much is known, we don’t even know the potential release date, but the developers shared the first concept trailer, which gives us a partial look at the world of Genshin in an animated version. Visually, the production promises to be beautiful and presents many well-known locations from the game. So we are left to wait for more information and an official trailer to explore what the project is up to.
