At Gamescom, Hideo Kojima showed new materials from the upcoming production. It got even stranger than before.
During this year’s Gamescom in Cologne, Hideo Kojima from the Kojima Productions studio had a performance. The Japanese creator naturally showed new promotional materials from the eagerly awaited action game, Death Stranding . However, if anyone thought that the secrets related to the game’s plot would be solved, they were wrong. The presented trailers seem to complicate the matter even more. In one of them we see the character of Deadman (Guillermo del Toro) updating the child carried by the main character. In the second, Mom (Margaret Qualley) talks about the bond with the child born on the other side.
A six-minute fragment of the game has also been published, in which we can see a cameo of Geoff Keighley – the initiator of The Game Awards gala. There are to be many more such guest appearances in the game. It also turns out that one of the gameplay elements in the new Kojima game is to be… urination.
Death Stranding will debut on November 8, 2019 on PS4 consoles.
