Fortunately, any understatement has been cleared up by Bethesda director and executive producer Todd Howard. In a recent interview with The Telegraph, he revealed that Starfield’s action will take place 300 years later, in the future, and the structure will resemble Skyrim . According to Howard’s assurances, the development team places particular emphasis on making the world appear alive, so it will be full of various factions, the most important of which will be the Constellation. We heard the first mention of Starfield at E3 2018, when The Elder Scrolls VI was announced and long before Microsoft took over Bethesda.
