In the Harry Potter universe you will find quite a lot of creatures and monsters of magical origin – some are borrowed from one or another folklore, while others are characteristic only of this series. But whatever the case, there is plenty to choose from!
When asked about his favorite wizarding creature, I immediately think of the hippogriff. After all, Buckbeak’s storyline is quite central to the Prisoner of Azkaban , and it is in this volume that classes in caring for magical creatures begin, thanks to which we get to know more and more species. I remember that as a teenager I was thrilled with the concept of a griffin having part of a horse in it instead of a lion. My sympathy for them grew even more when it turned out that these animals cooperate with people only when a thread of mutual respect is established.
