Amazon Prime announced that the live-action series Fallout is in production in July 2020. Since then, no official and specific information has been given on this subject. Many fans wondered if the series was still in development and if the project had not been quietly canceled.
However, as recently reported by Deadline and Variety, photos for the actor’s Fallout are to start this year. Showrunner positions will include Geneva Robertson-Dworet (known from Kapitan Marvel) and Graham Wagner ( Silicon Valley series ). The executive producers are to be the creators of the Westworld series – Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy. Christopher Nolan’s brother will also direct the first episode.
No details about the plot or the cast are known yet. It is also not known how closely the series will be related to the games. As Amazon produces the acting Fallout, the production can be viewed on Amazon Prime Video.
