Instructions for action in the event of an apocalypse

The main thing – don’t panic, but also don’t take a deep breath, because you don’t have time for it. Sixty seconds left before the atomic bomb drop, and you are still standing and wondering if this is a false alarm? Movements, movements! Do not even kid yourself that you will have time to think through any action plan, just grab whatever you can get your hands on! Just remember that family members weigh theirs, so you have to make a quick decision – two cans of delicious soup or a baby? Well… the soup will be very useful, and your daughter has been bringing home poor grades lately anyway. So you grab a tomato and bang! – you drop it straight into the shelter. What else? Radio! Believe me, you want a radio very badly. By the way, grab a bottle of water, a map, because it can also be useful, an ax, a gas mask … The shotgun looks tempting, but you only have 4 seconds left, and your spouse yells for you to pack your honorable four letters to the place where you will spend the next tedious months. Welcome to the new world!

Life in a bunker

The cheerful family we care for consists of four people – Ted’s father, Dolores’s mother, Timmy’s son, and Mary Jane’s daughter. Of course, each of them has to eat and drink from time to time, so we should have a good supply of fresh water and wonderful soup. Time in the shelter passes slowly by our pupils, there is little entertainment in it, and each trip to the outside world may end in abduction, illness, death or disappearance in unexplained circumstances. Life does not spoil you, but no one said it would be easy (pst, but you can ease yourself a bit – or on the contrary – by selecting the appropriate difficulty level: “Little Boy” (easy), “Fat Man” (medium), “Car Bomba” (hard)). Our main task, in addition to staying alive and in relative physical and mental health, is to establish contact with the military and ultimately save our family. Along the way, fate will sometimes smile at us, sometimes it will also throw the log straight at our feet, but with the right attitude (and equipment) it will somehow be … Right?

Reatomized?

It’s fair to say that this game is, in a way, a remaster of 60 Seconds!although important here is the key “in some sense”. Don’t get me wrong, it’s great and its unmistakable originality certainly deserves attention, but it differs from the older version only in a few aspects. The creators improved the graphics and sound, added more random events that we will face. We also have a completely new “Challenges” mode, divided into the “Adventure” and “Dexterity” modes, in which we can test the speed of our actions and see if we can cope with a specific scenario (of course, we do not have to do anything for free – for each completed challenge there is us a reward, most often in the form of an add-on for a given character or a skin for an item). It all sounds like quite a lot of improvements, and I actually had that feeling at first! Unfortunately, after a few hours of gameplay, I can see60 Seconds!

A successful apocalypse

The work of Robot Gentleman studio is a humorous “cartoon” adventure that will not get bored quickly if we do not overdose it, because unfortunately the game can become monotonous. One or two sessions once in a while is enough to enjoy 60 Seconds for a long time !A breath of fresh air certainly did a good job – the whole thing is more lively, eye-catching and ear-catching. Despite the slow pace of the game, emotions are with us all the time. Someone might think that the most stressful moment is the title sixty seconds that we have to spend on stockpiling … Where there! Do you know what’s the most stressful? Waiting for a family member to return from the expedition, while the rest are already starving and thirsty. Opening the door to strangers. Checking where suspicious sounds are coming from in the shelter. Watching the plant we nurture turn into a bloodthirsty predator. Little? For more, I cordially invite you all to the shelter.
