Following the success of Doctor Strange in the multiverse of insanity , rumors circulated that the Scarlet Witch, the main villain of the production, would receive a film mainly devoted to her. In the program Good Morning America , Elizabeth Olsen herself, who plays the role of this heroine, referred to the rumors about this topic.
Elizabeth Olsen in Good Morning America commented on the rumors about the movie that would be focused on the character she plays in the MCU – Scarlet Witch. Unfortunately, she did not reveal much because, as she herself admitted, Marvel did not inform her about anything. When asked about the production, she replied:
It would be great to be a part of it. Nobody told me anything and I’m not even hiding anything because I can’t. I don’t know anything about my future.
The Comicbook interview also touched on the subject of what the actress plans for the future, following Doctor Strange in the multiverse of insanity . She explained that there is a possibility of creating a production that would be entirely devoted to her heroine:
I think the fans usually have the best ideas, but I don’t know which way we’re going, what are the limitations of the MCU and what are their [Marvel Studios – ed. ed.] plans. I have the feeling that fans always know what the plans are, even if they aren’t announced yet.
