Dracula – A New Look at Demeter: Evil Awakens

The Last Voyage of the Demeter is a new horror game bringing Dracula to life in an even more terrifying and disturbing way. He will be the bane of the crew of the Demeter ship.

Over the past decade, The Universal Monsters has gone through some rough experiences on the big screen. However, in recent years, projects have found success when they have taken an unconventional approach to the source material. This is exactly what The Last Voyage of the Demeter intends to do with  Bram Stoker’s Dracula . Rather than being a simple adaptation of a bloodsucker, this new experience focuses on one of the most disturbing sequences to really show how terrifying the concept is, bringing Dracula to life in a whole new way.

Based on one chilling chapter of Bram Stoker’s classic novel Dracula , Demeter: Evil Awakens tells the terrifying story of the merchant ship Demeter, which was chartered to carry a private cargo – fifty unmarked wooden crates – from Carpathia to London. Strange events befall the doomed crew as they try to survive an ocean voyage tracked every night by the merciless presence aboard the ship. When Demeter finally reaches the shores of England, she is a charred, abandoned wreck. There is no trace of the crew.
